Additional Guests
$125 per week or $30 per day for each extra person (infants and toddlers included!). As Dr. Seuss said, “A person’s a person, no matter how small.”

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. Please note, early arrivals or late check-outs are not available.

Payment
We prefer cash or check, but we also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Visitors
The reservation rate covers registered guests only. All visitors must register at The Lodge and pay a fee: $5 per person for general visits, or $20 per person per day if using the beach, swim raft, beach toys, playground, or dock. Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM, and dogs brought by visitors are not allowed.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Deposit
A deposit of $400 secures your reservation. If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, provided the cabin is rebooked for your reserved dates.

Reservation Policy
There are no refunds for early check-outs. You can make advance reservations at the current year’s rate during your check-out.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Green Roof Lodge! Owners must supervise their pets at all times. Dogs cannot be left alone in the cabins or on the grounds and must remain leashed for the safety of all guests. Pets are not allowed inside The Lodge. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pet fees are $30 per day or $150 per week, with a credit card required at check-in. A maximum of two dogs per cabin is allowed. Please note, we do not allow cats at Green Roof Lodge.

Restrictions
No dirt bikes, 3-wheelers, or 4-wheel ATVs are permitted on the property.
